摘    要:为了解决大型机电设备电控系统故障诊断的难题,分析了采用模块化结构设计的电控系统故障诊断装置软件系统的结构与原理,软件在专家系统中成功地利用了多媒体技术,实现了工控机与单片机之间的通信,实践证明该软件系统解决了大型机电设备电控系统故障诊断的难题。

Abstract:To solve the problem of fault dignosis of electrical control system of large-scale mechatronics equipment, a comparision of structure and principle of software system of fault dignosis device of electrical control syetem designed by modularized structure is made. Mutimedia technology is applied successfully in expert system by software. Communication between industrial and single-chip computer is realized. It is proved by practice that this software system solves the problem of fault dignosis of electrical control system of large-scale mechatronics equipment, besides the thought of software programing can be also referenced by other fault dignosis sofeware system.
