聚丙烯酸酯改性聚氨酯合成革压花性能的研究

摘    要:采用乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸酯,将其添加到聚氨酯树脂中,加工成聚氨酯(PU)合成革,研究了聚丙烯酸酯的结构和压花助剂对PU合成革的硬度、剥离强度、耐水解性能和压花效果的影响。结果表明,添加硬度适中的聚丙烯酸酯材料,使聚氨酯合成革在高温压花后的冷却过程中能够很快地从熔融态转变为玻璃态并且定型,压花花纹清晰、定型效果好。聚丙烯酸酯和压花助剂的加入对PU合成革的剥离强度基本无影响;添加压花助剂的PU合成革的耐水解性能下降,加入聚丙烯酸酯改性的PU合成革的耐水解性能优于添加压花助剂的PU合成革。

Abstract:The polyacrylate was synthesized by the emulsion polymerization method.The polyurethane(PU)synthetic Leather was manufactured by adding the polyacrylate.The effects of the polyacrylate structure and embossing additives on the PU hardness,peeling strength,hydrolysis resistance and the embossing were investigated,respectively.The results indicated that moderate hardness polyacrylate could promote PU conversion from molten state into glass state during cooling process after high temperature embossing.The PU sy...
