风机、水泵变频控制的设计和研究

摘    要:讨论了变频控制在具体的工程实践中应注意的几个问题:变频控制主回路方案的选择及二次回路的设计;变频电机的电磁设计、结构设计及降温风扇的电源、控制设计;评价变频器质量的主要指标;变频器的选择(根据电动机电流、容量、运行方式;变频器的输出电压、频率,外壳防护结构),负载的转矩特性与变频器的配合(恒转矩负载,恒功率负载,二次方减转矩负载)。

Abstract:Several noticeable problems in frequency changer control in the specific engineering practice have been discussed: the selection of the major loop schemes of the frequency changer control and the design of secondary loop;the electromagnetic design,structure design of the frequency changer motor,and the power supply,control design for the cooling fan;the main specifications for evaluation of the quality of the frequency converter;selection of the frequency converter (on the basis of the current,capacity and operating mode of the motor;the output voltage,frequency and protecting structure of the casing of the frequency converter), the adaption between the torque characteristics of the load and the frequency converter (constant torque load,constant power load and square torque reduction load).
