多媒体网络视频数字监控系统

摘    要:视频监控系统的发展经历了:①第一代:闭路电视系统构建的模拟系统;②第二代:数字信号控制的模拟系统;③第三代:以数字硬盘录像设备为核心的数字监控录像系统;④第四代:数字网络视频监控系统。比较了几种视频监控方案的优劣。着重介绍了多媒体网络视频数字监控系统的核心技术:MPEG-4多媒体应用标准、多点通信、实时传输、异构网络通信平台、嵌入式系统,以及多媒体网络视频数字监控系统的主要构成要素:网络视频编码器、采集工作站、总控工作站、监控服务器。最后介绍了一个网络视频监控系统的应用案例。

Abstract:Such following stages have been experienced by the video monitoring system as generation 1:analog system composed by closed TV system, generation 2:analog system controlled by digital signals, generation 3:digital monitoring and recording system based on digital hard disks video recording system and generation 4:digital network video monitoring system. Comparison has been made among several video monitoring plans and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. Introduction has been focused on the core technologies for video digital monitoring system for multimedia network, i.e., the applicable standard for MPEG-4 multimedia, multipoint telecommunication,real-time transmission, heteroid network communication platform,embedded system and basic constitutional components of video digital monitoring system for multimedia: network video encoder, acquisition station, general control station and monitoring server. Finally,introduction has been made to an example application of network video monitoring system.
