摘    要:通过大量的试验及生产实践发现控制好1Cr13材料的淬火温度,回火后的冷却速度,高温δ铁素体的含量,取样方向(产品锻造比),以及含Ni量等影响因素,使产品有较好的冲击韧性,完全满足了产品的要求。

Abstract:After a lot of tests and production practices,we have been found out that 1Cr13 material can obtain good impact toughness by controlling the factors including the quenching temperature,the cooling rate after tempering,the content of high temperature δ-ferrite,the sampling direction(the forging ratio) and the content of Ni,which is able to meet the product requirements perfectly.
