尼龙66/蜜胺聚磷酸盐阻燃体系的增韧改性研究

摘    要:采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)、聚丙烯(PP)和(乙烯/丙烯酸酯/马来酸酐)共聚物(E/AK/MAH)对尼龙66/蜜胺聚磷酸盐(PA66/MPP)阻燃体系进行增容、增韧改性研究。以极限氧指数和力学性能测试结果对体系的性能进行了综合评价,以扫描电子显微镜对阻燃体系冲击断面的微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,当改性PA66/MPP阻燃体系中MPP、PP与E/AK/MAH的质量比为5∶2∶1时,组分分散均匀,体系综合性能相对较好。

Abstract:Polypropylene and ethylene-acrylcate-maleic anhydride(E/AK/MAH) copolymer together with maleated polypropylene(PP-g-MAH) as compatibilizer were blended with polyamide 66/melamine polyphosphate(PA66/MPP) to improve the impact strength of non-halogen intumescent flame-retardant system.The flammability and the mechanical property of the blends were estimated by the results of LOI and mechanical test.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to assess the microcosmic surface morphology.The results revealed the comprehensive properties of the blend particles would be the best and dispersed would be well-distributed in case of component ratio was 5/2/1 of MPP/ PP/(E/AK/MAH).
