摘    要:研究了在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇(PEG)存在下,苯并三氮唑和甲醛进行亲核加成制备1-羟甲基苯并三氮唑的合成条件。讨论了聚乙二醇分子量、反应物物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对目标产物收率的影响,得出适合的操作条件为:n(苯并三氮唑):n(甲醛):n(PEG-1000)=1:2:0.01、反应温度25℃、反应时间0.5 h、产品收率达98%。该合成方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、能耗小、溶剂量少等优点。

Abstract:1H-Benzotriazole-1-Methanol was synthesized by the nucleophlic addition of benzotriazole and formaldehyde using PEG-1000 as a phase transfer catalyst.Various reaction factors influencing the yield of the target product were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of benzotriazole,formaldehyde to PEG-100 was 1:2:0.01,the reaction time was 0.5h,and the reaction temperature was 25℃,with the yield of 98%.So the method had the advantages of short reaction time,simple operation,low energy comsumption,less solvent and so on.
