摘    要:射频连接器是射频和微波系统中必不可少的器件。在射频连接器装配过程中,装配位移的变化会导致接触状态变化,进而响传输信号完整性。针对互连射频连接器的装配位移变化影响传输电性能这一问题,通过搭建射频连接器的装配位移与散射参数测量实验平台,研究装配位移对电信号的影响。基于微波网络理论分析,引入接触区域的等效电路,将接触区域等效电路转化为端口网络与射频连接器端口网络级联,构建装配位移影响下互连射频连接器的场路耦合模型。根据该模型搭建实验平台,测量射频连接器不同装配位移下的散射参数,由实验数据拟合装配位移和接触区域阻抗的映射关系,最后构建出射频连接器装配位移的机电耦合模型。通过搭建装配位移实验平台,验证了耦合模型的有效性。

Abstract:RF connectors are essential components in RF and microwave systems. During the assembly process of RF connectors, changes of assembly displacement will cause changes of contact status, thereby affect the integrity of the transmitted signal. Aiming at the problem that assembly displacement changes of interconnected RF connectors affect the electrical properties of transmission, this paper builds an experimental platform for measuring the assembly displacement and scattering parameters of RF connectors to study the impact of the assembly displacement on electrical signals. Based on the microwave network theoretical analysis, the equivalent circuit of the contact area is introduced. The equivalent circuit is converted into a port network and is cascaded with the RF connector port network. A field-circuit coupling model of interconnected RF connectors under the influence of the assembly displacement is constructed. An experimental platform is constructed according to the constructed field-circuit coupling model to measure the scattering parameters of RF connectors under different assembly displacements. The mapping relationship between the assembly displacement and the contact area impedance is fitted from the experimental data. Finally the electromechanical coupling model of the RF connector assembly displacement is constructed.By building an assembly displacement experimental platform, the effectiveness of the coupling model is verified.
