| 摘 要： | 针对电力市场PAB竞价中发电商可通过多次报价学习提高其市场力行为问题,提出一种基于电力市场PAB竞价的最优概率随机匹配机制,以市场成交均价最小化为目标制定了最优信息干扰下的概率分配方法,利用概率信息干扰影响发电商的学习能力,削弱其市场力.仿真证明,对比价格高低匹配机制和完全随机匹配机制,最优概率随机匹配机制下的电力市场PAB竞价机制能有效干扰发电商的学习能力,达到削弱其市场力行为的目的.
