| 摘 要： | 应用毛细管气相色谱法，程序升温，FID检测器，同时测定食品中4种对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂。该法线性范围为81～800μg／ml，在此浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，方法的检出限为2.0～3．2mg／kg，测定的回收率为78%-106％，相对标准偏差〈11％。所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏度高，并具有良好的精密度与准确度。

| Abstract: | Capillary gas chromatography was applied to the determination of 4 kinds of p-hydroxybenzoate antiseptics in foods. The recycle rate of this method and the detection limit were 78.2%~106.3% and 2.0 mg/kg~3.2 mg/kg, respectively. Besides, the linearity correlative coefficient exceeded 0.999. |
