摘    要:
当前,我国轧钢加热炉的实际负载率较低,不仅带来了生产中的大量燃料浪费,也使炉子本身制造的一次投入以及投产后的维修管理费用增加,这在一定程度上与加热炉的设计能力以及辅助设施的出力设计得偏大有关。本文以合理确定轧钢加热炉设计能力为纽带,把轧钢工艺特点与火焰加热炉的热工特性以及炉子供热系统的电能利用特性有机地联系起来。给出了确定轧钢加热炉额定生产能力和最大生产能力的计算公式.提出了它们应分别作为炉体结构参数和炉子供热及供料系统的设计依据的结论。

Abstract:
At present,China's mill reheating furnace actual load are relatively low .which causes a large amount waste of fuel and increase of reheating furnace manufacture cost and maintenance cost after operation, which to some extent relates to excessive design capacity of reheating furnace and its auxiliary facilities. In this paper , in the light of rational determination of mill reheating furnace design capacity, the mill technological characteristics, flame reheating furnace thermo-technical properties and electric energy application property of reheating furnace supply heat system are organically integrated, putting forward the calculation formulas of determining mill reheating furnace rated production capacity and maximum production capacity. The paper concludes that the formulas should be used as design basis of reheating furnace construction parameters, supply heat and supply material system.
