摘    要:文章采用CAE模拟软件Moldflow结合DOE试验技术对开关上盖进行填充、保压、冷却以及翘曲的模拟分析,研究模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力和保压时间等不同成型工艺参数对翘曲指标的影响,通过对试验结果运用极差和方差进行分析,在试验范围内获得最佳成型工艺参数组合.

Abstract:CAE simulation software Moldflow combining DOE test technology were adopted to the filling,shut cover pressure-keeping,cooling and warpage of the simulation.The mould temperature,melt temperature,holding pressure and pressure-keeping time and so on the different molding process parameters on the influence of warping index was studied,based on test results using poor and variance analysis,the best molding process parameter combination was won in the test rauge.
