矿用装载机工作装置优化设计及运动仿真

摘    要:根据煤矿井下环境对小型装载机工作装置的要求,结合小型装载机工作装置的特点,对装载机各连杆机构的尺寸进行优化设计,建立了一个带有13个设计变量、26个等式和不等式约束的较为复杂的多目标优化模型。通过优化设计结果分析及基于Pro/E三维实体建模仿真验证了所建优化模型和所采用优化设计方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:Combining the characteristic of the small - scale loader work equipment with the requirement of work environment for the small - scale loader work equipment, the structural optimization of the connecting rod mechanism of the loader work equipment is performed by establishing a complicated multi - target optimum model consisting of 13 design variables and 26 equality or inequality constraints. Finally, the rationality and validity of the established optimum model and the adopted optimization approach are verified by the obtained optimization results and the basic of Pro/E 3D solid model dynamic simulation with the above results.
