| 摘 要： | 介绍了300kt／aP2O5大型湿法磷酸装置稀酸系统的工艺特点、设备选型、生产情况及主要设备国产化情况，实现了除反应槽搅拌器减速机以外的设备全部国产化，节省了投资，从一年多的运行情况来看，主要工艺指标均达到设计要求。 |

| Abstract: | This article highlights the process feature,equipment selection,operation and domestic manufacturing of main equipment of the diluted phosphoric acid system in 300 kt/a P_2O_5 large-scale domestic-made wet phosphoric acid plant.All equipment except the reactor agitator speed reducer are domestic-made,which reduces the cost.Results of more than one year operation indicate main process figures have reached the design requirements. |
