| 摘 要： | 为了克服原有的电费帐务数据和电费核算回收数据不同步和不准确的缺陷,提出将电费核算电费收取和帐务数据集中管理,实现数据的同步和一致,自动生成转帐凭证和收费凭证,支持多种收费方式,便于企业的管理,可以及时辅助领导的决策。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the synchronization and accuracy of electric charge and its accounts, this paper puts forward to centralize ma-magement fot these data. In this system, it can automatically create transfer warrant and charge warrant. At the same time, system provides interface with many charge ways. So, this system is suitable for company management, it can help the leaders to make more decisions. |
