微型自由涡轮转速测试仪的设计与仿真

摘    要:为给自由涡轮转速装置的定检提供参考,设计了微型自由涡轮转速测试仪.硬件设计包括霍尔集成传感器、信号放大电路、单片机和液晶显示器四个模块;软件设计包括定时器TO的中断服务、计数器T1的脉冲计数和液晶的驱动三个模块.基于Proteus平台并利用模拟的霍尔脉冲信号对设计进行了仿真.结果表明.测试仪的软硬件设计正确.

Abstract:In order to offer reference for periodic check of free turbine,the minitype Rev testing meter of free turbine was designed. The hardware included four modules of Hall integrated transducer,signal amplifying circuit,single chip and liquid display. The design of software included three modules of timer T0's interrupt service,counter T1's accumulation of pulse and the driving program of liquid display.
