跳汰风管压力与脉动水流特性的对应关系研究

摘    要:在实验室型筛下跳汰机上,在线测量了不同风压和风阀周期下风阀与跳汰空气室的连接管(简称风管)中压力和跳汰室液位的变化规律,经计算机处理后,得到了跳汰室液位、水流速度、加速度和风管中压力的对应关系图。通过对理论公式和对应关系图的分析,得到准确的跳汰脉动水流上升和下降时间点,以及水流最大上升速度和最大下降速度点,从而得到脉动水流的基本周期特性。

Abstract:The air pressure in air distributing pipe and the liquid level of jigging chamber were measured in a pilot jig under the different air presure and cycle of air valve. After being treated by computer, the graph of a relation between the air pressure and characteristics of pulsating current containing liquid level, velocity and acceleration in jigging chamber were draw up. The graph showed that: from air presure graph, the rising time and falling time of pulsating current can be gotten accuretely, the maximum rising velocity and falling velocity of pulsating current can be gotten approximately. i.e. the basic periodic characteristics of pulsating current can be gotten from air presure graph. The theoretical analysis was done for above results.
