鲜藤椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇测定方法研究及含量分析

摘    要:目的:建立鲜藤椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)测定方法。方法:采用甲醇作为提取剂,超声辅助提取2次,合并提取液,稀释过滤后测定。色谱柱:HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱。检测方式:选择离子扫描模式(SIM)。利用建立的方法连续测定种植基地2018年不同采摘时节藤椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇的含量。结果:回收率为94%~115%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.7%(n=6),在70~900 ng/mL线性范围内方程相关系数达到0.9999。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,适用鲜藤椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇的测定,种植基地测得结果显示6月底鲜藤椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇含量最高,为当地藤椒采摘和产业发展提供了科学指导和理论基础。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a sensitive analytical method for detection of limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum armatum DC.by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Methods:Zanthoxylum armatum DC.was ultrasonic extracted twice with acetonitrile and the mixture was then diluted and filtered.The concentrations of limonene and linalool in the dilution were determined by GC-MS (SIM method) with HP-INNOWAX capillary column.Results:The linear range for limonene and linalool detection was 70~900 ng/mL.This method was successfully used to quantitate limonene and linalool in Zanthoxylum armatum DC.with acceptable recoveries ranging from 94%~115% and relative standard deviations ranging from 1.4%~4.7% (n=6).The proposed method shows series of advantages such as high sensitivity,simple manipulation and rapid detection.At the end of June,the content of limonene and linalool in fresh Zanthoxylum armatum DC.was the highest,which provided scientific guidance and theoretical basis for local picking and industrial development.
