| 摘 要： | 本文针对油库安全系统现状,对油库进行了危害与可操作性（HAZOP）分析,通过对油库事故源的分析,找出目前油库存在的安全漏洞,对油库安全控制系统设计、安全控制原则等提出解决方案,并应用于销售板块八拜油库,取得良好应用效果。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the hazard and operability （HAZOP） of the oil depot in view of current safety situation. The existing terminal security vulnerabilities are therefore found out. The solutions to the fuel depot safety control system design and safety control principle are given, which is applied in the BABAI Oil Depot, and the better performance is achieved. |
