蜜源生物液与紫云蜜中化学成分的比较研究

摘    要:比较研究蜜源生物液与紫云蜜的化学成分。采用GC-MS对蜜源生物液和紫云蜜乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行分析鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。从蜜源生物液和紫云蜜乙酸乙酯部位分别鉴定出了32和53个化学成分,其占总成分的含量分别为93.61%及93.18%。两个部位中化学成分各有异同。本研究为蜜源生物液的深度开发研究和多领域应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:Compare the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from Miyuan Bio-liquid and Ziyun Honey.GC-MS and area normalization method were used to analyze and identify the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract of Miyuan Bio-liquid and Ziyun Honey.32 and 53 kinds of constituents were identified from ethyl acetate extract of Miyuan Bio-liquid and Ziyun Honey,respectively.The contents of them were 93.61 % and 93.18 %,respectively.Constituents from those two parts have both similarities and differences.This research led the foundation of the deep development and multi-field using of Miyuan Bio-liquid.
