微波法辅助提取玉竹多糖的工艺

摘    要:
以玉竹为原料,研究其多糖的微波辅助提取工艺条件。采用单因素试验和正交试验,对料液比[玉竹粉∶水(g∶mL)]、提取次数、醇沉浓度、提取时间、微波功率等因素对玉竹多糖提取率的影响,并以提取率为评价指标,确定优化提取工艺条件:醇沉浓度85%,提取时间10 min,微波功率400 W,提取次数2次,料液比1∶20(g∶mL)为最佳工艺条件,在此条件下玉竹多糖的平均提取率为3.76%。

Abstract:
The extracting condition of polysaccharide in Polygonatumodoratum(Mill.) Druce.With microwave extraction method was studied in the paper.Using the concentration of polysaccharide in dry extracts of Polygonatumodoratum(Mill.) Druce.as main evaluating indicators,the influence factors were optimized by singal factor and orthogonal method.The optimum condition of extracting the polysaccharide in Polygonatumodoratum(Mill.) Druce.with microwave method were obtained as follow,the ratio between raw material and solvent,the extraction times,the concentration of ethanol,the extraction time and the microwave power were 1∶20(g∶mL),2 times,85 %,10 min and 400 W respectively.The average concentration of polysaccharide in dry extracts of Polygonatumodoratum(Mill.) Druce could reach 3.76 % under the optimum extracting condition.
