摘    要:本文研究了5种PVD薄膜(TiAlN+TiAlSiN双层结构、TiAlN+AlCrN双层结构、TiAlSiN+TiSiN复合多层结构、TiAlSiN+TiSiN双层结构、AlCrN+TiSiN复合多层结构)涂层圆片铣刀干式铣削模具钢时的磨损特性.切削实验结果显示:当后刀面磨损量达到0.3mm时,TiAlN+AlCrN双层结构涂层刀片的加工距离最长,达到了160m,是TiAlN+TiAlSiN双层结构涂层刀片的2倍;TiAlSiN+TiSiN复合多层结构涂层刀片的3.3倍;AlCrN+TiSiN复合多层结构涂层刀片的1.6倍;是表现最差的TiAlSiN+TiSiN双层结构涂层刀片的10倍.5种PVD薄膜涂层刀片切削模具钢的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损,磨粒磨损和氧化磨损.本文研究结果对模具钢的高效涂层刀片的选取具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In this paper,wear characteristics of dry milling of die steel,by using wafer milling inserts with five different PVD coated films(TiAlN+TiAlSiN double-layer structure,TiAlN+AlCrN double-layer structure,TiAlSiN+TiSiN composite multilayer structure,TiAlSiN+TiSiN double-layer structure,AlCrN+TiSiN composite multilayer structure),were studied.The experiment results show that when the flank wear amount reaches 0.3 mm,the processing distance of TiAlN+AlCrN doublelayer structure coating tool is the longest,reaching 160 m,which is twice the TiAlN+TiAlSiN double-layer structure coating tool's,3.3 times the TiAlSiN+TiSiN composite multilayer coating tool's,1.6 times the AlCrN+TiSiN composite multilayer coating's and especially 10 times the worst performing TiAlSiN+TiSiN double-layer coating tool's.The wear mechanisms of PVD film coated tool cutting die steel are mainly adhesive wear,abrasive wear and oxidative wear.The research results in this paper have certain guiding significance for the selection of high-efficiency coating tools for die steel.
