摘    要:从技术基础、系统架构、功能模块设置、数据库设计和关键技术研究共五个方面探讨了基于SAABB算法的VAEAS的构建。叙述了系统架构、部分功能模块和部分数据库设计,重点描述了WRL文件压缩、"点击零部件即操作"功能实现、SAABB碰撞检测算法以及装配方法的确定等四个关键问题,确保了多三维场景文件的流畅应用和碰撞检测效率的提高,提升了用户体验。该系统的应用达到了高效快捷地实施虚拟装配仿真的目的。

Abstract:This paper discusses the construction of VAEAS (Virtual Automotive Engine Assembly System) based on SAABB algorithm from the five areas : the technical basis, the system architecture, the functional mod- ules settings, the database design and the key technology research, among which the system architecture and part of the functional modules and database design are briefly described, the four key problems of the WRL file compression, " click on that operation function", SAABB algorithm and assembly methods are emphasized, which guarantees the application of 3 D scene file, improves the collision detection efficiency and enhances the users'experience. The VAEAS application can help users efficiently implement virtual assembly simulation.
