| 摘 要： | 结合四轮定位仪检定装置的研发过程,介绍了Solidworks平台零件建模、虚拟装配和干涉检查的产品设计路线,应用Animator及Photoworks实现了装配体仿真动画的编辑和渲染,为工业产品虚拟设计与仿真工作的衔接提供了一种强大而方便的一体化工具。

| Abstract: | According to the R&D process of calibrating apparatus for four-wheel aligners,design route of part modeling,virtual assembly and interference inspection with Solidworks platform were presented.Compiling and rendering of assembly simulation animation were realized by Photoworks and Animator.A powerful and convenient integrative tool is provided for virtual design and simulation interface of industrial products. |
