摘    要:基于低灰低硫的低阶烟煤用于配煤炼焦工业生产,对比研究了几种低阶烟煤(长焰煤与气煤)的结构组成与工艺特性的差异,结果表明长焰煤的氧及酸性官能团含量明显较高,该类煤及其显微组分均没有粘结性,对粘结性煤具有较强的降粘作用;尽管长焰煤与气煤及其抽提物、萃余物波谱特征具有一定的相似性,但结构参数存在差异。

Abstract:The differences between the structure and technological characteristics of low rank bituminous coal such as long flame coal and gas coal, were investigated on the bases of that the low rank bituminous coal with low ash content and sulfur content were used in the coke-making by blending coal. The results show that oxygen content and oxygen-containing functional groups in long flame coal are obviously high. Both the long flame coal and its macerals don' t show caking property, meaning the better reducing viscosity function when they are used by blending coal with strong caking coal. Despite the similar characteristics in terms of infrared spectrum and their extract of the long flame coal and gas coal, the structure parameters of these coals are different.
