| 摘 要： | 通过分析柴油机钟形罩制造技术开发过程中的工艺难点,着重阐述了钟形罩制造工艺过程中可能产生的问题,并针对这些问题开发了合理的工艺流程、设计了相应的工装和刀具,保证了钟形罩制造过程中的尺寸精度和形位公差要求,经小批量试生产证明,采用传统工艺及工装能完成有很高精度要求的钟形罩的制造。
