恒温瓦斯检测的动态分析

摘    要:恒温瓦斯检测方法是一种新型瓦斯检测方法,它是通过恒温闭环控制系统实现的,大大改善了载体催化传感元件的使用性能,在分析了怛温检测系统的动态 性,对系统参数进行优化基础上,设计了动态校正环节,使其在保证稳定性的基础上,趴有较好的动态响应特性,瓦斯检测的反应速度得到明显的提高(响应时间从目前的18s加快至5s),有利于矿井环境对瓦斯突变状态的监测。

Abstract:?The thermostatic methane detection with catalytic sensor is a new kind of m easuring technique, which keeps the catalytic sensor in a constant temperature by anautomatic control circuit and improves its properties. On the basis of analyzingthe dynamic properties of thermostatic detection and adjusting the circuit parameters, a compensating circuit was designed. The test shows that the dynamic properties of the methane detection and the dynamic response are improved (the response time from 18 s to 5 s). The fast response is very helpful for monitoring the suddenly change of methane in mine.
