| 摘 要： | 美国的稻米标准经过近百年的发展,已经成为科学、合理、严格的以碾磨程度和粒型为主要指标的标准体系。围绕稻米标准,美国依靠加大科技投入等措施,积极推进生产标准化生产,实现"优质、高产"的目标。美国的成功做法为我国稻米生产提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | American rice standards,after nearly one hundred year's development,have come into being a scientific,reasonable and rigorous standard system including milling degree,shape of kernel and other main factors.Basing on the rice standards,the American have been taking effective measures such as increasing science-technology investment to promote zealously the standardization in rice production,so as to attain the goal of "high yield and premium quality".The American success would offer a good example for the rice production of China. |
