摘    要:传统汽车发动机冷却系统存在响应慢、精读差等问题,针对这些问题,提出了一种电子水泵的控制系统,系统采用高精度传感器来采集水温、转速、流量信号,可编程硬件系统,用软件进行程序设计,电控单元进行计算并输出控制信号,可以在任何情况下都能提供足够的冷却水,可精确快速的控制水泵工作,使发动机机体温度保持在正常范围内.该电子控制系统...

Abstract:The traditional automobile engine cooling system has some problems,such as slow response and poor precision reading.In view of these problems,an electronic water pump control system is proposed.The system uses high-precision sensors to collect water temperature,speed and flow signals.The programmable hardware system is programmed with software,and the electronic control unit calculates and outputs control signals,it can provide enough cooling water in any case,and can accurately and quickly control the operation of the water pump to keep the engine body temperature within the normal range.The electronic control system has the advantages of increasing engine power output and output torque,improving fuel efficiency and reducing the emission of harmful gases caused by incomplete combustion.
