摘    要:零件加工是当下机械加工行业中的重要组成部分,而薄壁零件的数控车削加工更是零件加工中的重点与难点,为了更进一步保证薄壁零件的加工质量,有关人员一定要充分了解影响薄壁零件加工精度的因素,并不断研究有效提升薄壁零件数控车削加工工艺的措施.最后,有关人员更要进一步通过薄壁零件数控车削实例,来充分掌握其加工工艺.

Abstract:Part processing is an important part of the current machining industry,and the NC turning of thin-walled parts is the key and difficult point in part processing.In order to further ensure the machining quality of thin-walled parts,relevant personnel must fully understand the factors affecting the machining accuracy of thin-walled parts and constantly study the measures to effectively improve the NC turning process of thin-walled parts.Finally,relevant personnel should further master the machining process through the example of NC turning of thin-walled parts.
