| 摘 要： | 运用MINITAB软件对济钢中厚板厂2005年质量异议情况进行分析,可知Q345系列低合金钢是产生质量异议的主要产品,性能及厚度不合、短尺及凹坑是主要异议项目,加热及轧制制度不合理是产生质量异议的主要原因。为此在生产Q345系列低合金钢时,分别在加热、轧制及剪切工序采取了相应的改进措施,主要质量异议比去年同期降低55.6%。

| Abstract: | The quality objection(QO) of the medium and heavy plant of Jigang in 2005 is analyzed by MINITAB software.The result shows that the main product causing QO is Q345 series low-alloy steel and unqualified property,unqualified thickness,deficient dimension and petted surface are the main QO items.the irrational heating and rolling schedules are the main causes of QO.Therefore,some improvement measures are applied in the processes of heating,rolling and shearing etc in producing Q345 series low-alloy steel.Then main QO lowers 55.6 percent than the same term of last year. |
