| 摘 要： | 由于东方钢铁厂轧钢厂棒材轧机原采用的继电器逻辑控制自动化水平低 ,因而改用PLC控制的全数字直流调速系统 ,介绍了PLC系统的组成及控制功能 ,其运行情况良好 ,调速精度高 ,从而提高了成材率。

| Abstract: | In view of the low automatic level of relay logic control of bar mill, the PLC was applied to control the fully digital direct current speed adjustment system. Its configuration and control function were also introduced.The usage situation showed that it has high adjustment precision of speed adjustment and helpful for increasing finishing product rate. |
