华中电网“一·一七”事故及其分析

摘    要:
2000年1月17日,华中500 kV电网先后发生5次故障,3条500 kV线路相继跳闸,由于保护装置或回路的原因,造成湖南电网与华中主网解列、岗市1号联变短时过负荷、湖南电网有关220 kV线路严重过稳定极限运行。文中简要介绍了事故经过,分析了事故原因。

Abstract:
On January1 7,2 0 0 0 ,five faults happened successively in Central China Power System and resulted in three50 0 k V transmission lines tripped out in succession.Due to the incorrectcircuitry of protective relaying,Hu'nan Power Network split from Central China Main Power System,No.1 transformer of substation Gangshi overloaded shortly,and powers of several 2 2 0 k V transmission lines in Hu'nan Power Network seriously exceeded their stability limits.The process of this fault is briefly introduced and the reason of such an accident is analyzed in this paper.
