原油氯转移剂的评价与工业应用

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司的混合原油由15%的普托尼、14%的凯撒杰、9%的芒都、8%的塞巴和54%的胜利原油构成,原油中总氯、无机氯和有机氯质量分数依次为46.6,21.5和25.1μg/g。将混合原油切割成〈170℃,170~500℃和〉500℃3个馏分,各馏分中总氯依次占原油氯的2.42%,59.65%和37.32%,直接造成石脑油产品氯含量超标。在实验室静态脱氯试验和动态脱氯试验的基础上,用工业试验验证了实验室试验的效果。工业试验结果表明,当氯转移剂加剂量为15μg/g时,有机氯的脱除率为50%左右;当氯转移剂加剂量为30μg/g时,有机氯的脱除率在70%以上;混合原油中不能被电脱盐装置脱除的有机氯化物通过添加氯转移剂可被有效除去。

Abstract:The crude oil processed by SINOPEC Anqing Company is a blended crude of 15% of Putuni Crude,14% Caesarj Crude,9% Mondu Crude,8% of Cyba Crude and 54% Shengli Crude.The total chlorides,inorganic chlorides and organic chlorides in blended crude are 46.6 ppm,21.5 ppm and 25.1 ppm respectively.The total chlorides in 170 ℃ fraction,170-500 ℃ fraction and 500 ℃ fraction are 2.42%,59.65% and 37.32% of the chlorides in crude,which resulted in over-specification of chlorides in naphtha.Both static and dynamic dechlorination testing were conducted in crude oil demulsifier laboratory of SINOPEC Anqing Company,and the test results were verified by commercial demonstration experiments.In commercial demonstration experiment,the organic chloride removal is about 50% at 15 ppm dosage of chloride transition agent and 70% a 30 ppm dosage of chloride transition agent.The organic chlorides which can not be removed in electro-static desalter can be removed by addition of chloride transition agent.
