LiBr溶液除湿系统再生器性能正交试验研究

摘    要:再生器是溶液除湿系统的重要传热传质部件。本文设计了正交试验,对入口溶液温度、液气比、入口溶液浓度、入口溶液流量这4个因素对再生性能的影响程度进行了试验研究,正交试验表明,各因素对再生性能的影响程度依次为入口溶液温度、液气比、入口溶液浓度、入口溶液流量,其中入口溶液温度对再生率结果影响最大。

Abstract:The regenerator is the important heat and mass transfer components in liquid desiccant system. Through orthogonal experiment design,experimentally studies influences of desiccant inlet temperature,inlet liquid-air ratio,desiccant inlet concentration,and desiccant flow rate on the regeneration performance. Orthogonal experimental analysis show that the sequencing of various factors in the influence on the regeneration performance is the desiccant inlet temperature,liquid-air ratio,desiccant inlet concentration,inlet desiccant flow rate,desiccant inlet temperature have a significant impact on the regeneration rate.
