基于LabVIEW的虚拟液压传动实验设计

摘    要:针对目前虚拟液压实验动画显示上缺乏生动性、直观性以及在数据处理等方面的缺点,以QCS002B液压实验台为基础,提出了一个新的虚拟液压实验实施方案,采用三维动画技术,以LabVIEW为平台,设计了一组基于LabVIEW的简洁实用的液压传动实验,实现了LabVIEW对三维动画的分帧调用以及液压元件的计算机仿真.虚拟实验人机交互界面友好,可使学生随时随地在计算机上进行自我训练,提高教与学的质量.

Abstract:Due to lacking of liveliness, intuition, and the shortcomings of data processing in virtual hydraulic drive experiment, a new design scheme based on QCS002B experimental equipment is presented, a simple and practical virtual hydraulic experiment is designed for practical teaching, which is based on LabVIEW and 3D animation technology. The 3D animation is called by frame in LabVIEW, the friendly interactive interface is developed, and the computer simulation of hydraulic organs is achieved. This virtual experiment system is propitious to self-training anywhere and anytime for students, which will improve the quality of teaching and learning.
