高氟废水处理方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了用改性聚铁结合传统的钙盐沉降法联合PAM处理酸性高氟废水的试验情况,分别介绍了改性聚铁加入量、pH、CaCl2加入量、沉降时间、PAM加入量对除氟效率的影响,在试验确定的最佳条件下可使废水中氟质量浓度降至10mg/L以下。达到国家规定的工业废水的排放标准。按试验确定的工艺处理该类废水,操作简单,易于管理,费用低廉。

Abstract:A method of treating the acidic fluoride-containing wastewater with modified and polymerized ferric sulfate,polyacrylamide(PAM)combining with calcium fluoride precipitation was introduced.The effects of dosage of modified and polymerized ferric sulfate,the pH value,the dosage of CaCl_2,precipitation time and the dosage of PAM on removal of fluoride were studied.Under the best experimental conditions,the content of fluoride in wastewater can be reduced below 10 mg/L and meet the National Disharge Standard.It is easy to operate and manage and the expense is cheaper under the experimental process of treating this kind of wastewater.
