弧线滚动平衡游梁技术在英台油田的应用

摘    要:介绍了弧线滚动平衡游梁结构及技术原理,通过对抽油机游梁进行简单改造,使游梁的配重结构得到了优化,使抽油机更易达到平衡。在英台油田+3—2井实践应用该技术后,上行程峰值功率大幅度下降,平衡率由52%上升至106%,电机功率因数由0.31上升到O.68,日耗电量由169kW·h下降到118kW·h,节电率达30.2%。与同类型的尾平衡技术对比可知,该技术可实现滚动动态平衡,从而降低电机负载突变波动,使系统平稳运行。

Abstract:The structure and technical principals of arc rolling beam balance technology are introduced in this paper.Through reforming the pumping unit beam,the counter weight structure of beam is improved and the pumping unit is easily balanced.After the technology is applied in Well 3-2 of Yingtai Oilfield,the upgoing peak value power is decreased at wider band.The balance rate rises from 52% to 106% ,the motor power factor rises from 0.31 to 0.68,the daily electricity consumption decreased from 169kW'h to 118kW'h and the electricity saving rate is up to 30.2%.Compared with the same kind of tail balance technology,this technology can realize the dynamic balance,which decreases the motor load mutation and undulation,and makes the system run smoothly.
