摘    要:
变频调速是实现水泵节能的重要手段之一,但在应用中如果对其影响因素缺乏综合考虑而盲目采用,往往难以获得预期的效益。从工艺技术的角度针对供水系统管路特性,分析了水泵变频和工频的工作特点,提出优化变频与工频水泵的组合配置,对于完善变频技术的应用是十分必要的。

Abstract:
Frequency conversion speed regulation is one of important means for energy-saving of water pump, but if it is blindly adopted for lack of comprehensive consideration of the influencing factors, the desired results are sometimes difficult to be achieved. Aimed at the pipeline characteristics of water supply system, the operating characteristics of frequency conversion and power frequency for water pump were analyzed from the angle of technology. A combined disposition of optimizing frequency conversion and power frequency for water pump was put forward, which is necessary for perfecting the application of frequency conversion technology.
