波导光束整形系统的理论研究

摘    要:为了进行矩形波导光束整形系统的设计研究,利用Zemax软件模拟了部分端面抽运板条激光器波导光束整形系统光束整形过程,该系统能够将抽运光束整形成满足激光器要求的线形抽运光束.理论分析表明:矩形平面波导在整形系统中起到了至关重要的作用,波导长度变化对光强分布的均匀化有影响,矩形平面波导存在临界长度.

Abstract:For designing research of the rectangular waveguide pump beam reshaping system, the reshaping process of partial end-pumped slab laser waveguide reshaping system is simulated by Zemax software,and satisfying line-shape pumped beam can be attained by the system.The theoretical analysis indicated that rectangular plane waveguide is important to this system.Its length variation can influence the homogeneous intensity distribution,and the critical length exists.
