化肥产品中氮和氯的连续分析

摘    要:化肥中氮和氯的含量是经常需检测的指标,但常规分析方法为两次称量,耗时长,条件控制严格。为此将甲醛法和莫尔法相结合,建立了一种连续分析化肥产品中氮和氯的方法。分别用标准分析方法(蒸馏后滴定法和电位滴定法)做对照,对分析结果准确度进行评价。实验结果表明,该分析方法准确度高,经济,快速,分析条件易于控制,实现了铵离子的分析和掩蔽一次完成。

Abstract:The content of nitrogen and chlorine in fertilizer is usually measured,but routine analysis method needs weighing twice,consuming long time and strict condition.So combining formaldehyde method with Mohr method,a method that analyze continuouly the content of nitrogen and chlorine is established.Moreover,by contrasting with standard analytical methods(titration method after distillation and potentiometric titration method),the accuracy of analysis is evaluated.The experimental results showed that analytical method not only is of high accuracy,economical,rapid,apt to control analytical condition but also can accomplish simultaneously analysing and masking of ammonium ion.
