重油催化裂化进料雾化喷嘴研究

摘    要:介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司工程研究院近期开发的新型重油催化裂化进料喷嘴--LPEC-H型进料雾化喷嘴的性能.该喷嘴采用创新雾化结构,使原料得到高质量的雾化.采用国际先进的相位多普勒粒子分析仪PDPA测试了LPEC-H型喷嘴的雾化粒径和喷射速度,结果表明雾化颗粒细小均匀,雾化颗粒群中最大粒径显著减小,喷射速度适中,具有良好的雾化性能.

Abstract:The performances of LPEC-H feed atomizing nozzles developed by Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering Technology of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation for heavy oil FCC units are introduced. The new innovative atomizing construction adopted in the nozzle design has dramatically improved the atomization of feed oil. The analysis of atomized droplet size and injection speed of the LPEC-H nozzles by advanced Phase Doppler Analyzer (PDPA) shows that the atomized droplets are fine and uniform, large-size droplets are significantly reduced, the injection speed is appropriate and performances are excellent.
