聚硅酸系混凝剂处理印染废水的研究

摘    要:研究了由固体废物(炼铁废渣和炼钢废渣)制取的两种聚硅酸系混凝剂处理印染废水。结果表明,聚硅酸系1^#混凝剂处理废水其COD去除率可达60%,色度去除率可达80%,聚硅酸系2^#混凝剂处理废水其COD去除率可达45%,色度去除率可达77%;这两种聚硅酸系混凝剂不仅处理效果好,工艺简单,成本低廉,而且可以达到以废治废的目的,同时提高了废水的可生化性,为废水的后续处理打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:Two polymerized silicate coagulants are made from solid wastes for treating printing and dyeing wastewater . According to experiment, the removal rate of COD and color degree was about 60% and 80% respectively by polymerized silicate coagulant 1; the removal rate of COD and color degree was about 45% and 77% respectively by polymerized silicate coagulant 2. The result further indicated that it is not only an efficient, simple and convenient technique but it also applies a kind of industrial waste material without further pollution. It is worthwhile to be promoted widely. In addition, it improved the biodegradability of wastewater and ameliorated after\|treatment conditions.
