梁北选煤厂中煤破碎再选研究与工艺改造

 本文通过对梁北选煤厂稀缺炼焦煤种洗选加工过程中产生的中煤副产品长期不合理利用为课题，进行中煤破碎再选可行性研究并实施相应工艺改造。在改造实施过程中，该厂充分利用其现有的粗煤泥回收系统对中煤再选回收。此举不仅完善了其生产系统，节约了改造成本，而且有效的提高了中煤的利用率，优化了产品结构，为企业赢得了巨大的效益。

The study of middlings crushing-recleaning and the corresponding circuit refomation in Liangbei coal preparation plant

In this paper，according to take the unreasonable use of the middlings byproduct in the long-term preparation process as a topic in Liangbei coal preparation plant where the coal is rare coking type，conduct the middlings crushing-recleaning washability research and the corresponding circuit refomation. In the refomation process，the plant ultimate the coarse slime recovery system sufficiently to take the middlings reseparation. This measures not only make the system perfection and save the cost，but also increase the middlings utilization ratio，and optimize the product structure，which create great benefits
