纳滤膜在饮用水处理中操作压力的确定研究

摘    要:将纳滤膜用于饮用水处理,考察了不同操作压力下膜通量和出水水质的变化。结果表明,膜通量随着操作压力的增大逐渐升高,脉冲压力和恒压条件所对应的膜平均通量分别为0.953和0.830 L/(m2.h)。操作压力为0.3~0.4 MPa时,纳滤膜对COD和总硬度的去除率最大。

Determination of operational pressure of NF membrane in drinking water treatment

Abstract:The flux and treated water quality of various operational pressure were investigated with NF membrane. The result showed that the flux gradually rose following the increase of operational pressure. The corresponding average flux under pulse and constant pressure were 0. 953 and 0. 830 L/(m2 · h). The removal rate of COD and hardness reached optimal when the operational pressure was 0.3 to 0.4 MPa.
