直接空冷凝汽器尖峰冷却系统的应用

摘    要:由于直接空冷机组在迎峰度夏过程中普遍存在排汽压力大幅偏离设计值,不利于机组的安全、经济运行,分析了某电厂夏季设计排汽压力与实际数据,通过在现有直接空冷系统加装尖峰冷却装置,能有效地解决机组在夏季排汽压力过高和全厂煤耗大的问题,值得其他同类型电厂借鉴。

Application of Aiguille Cooling System in Direct Air-cooling Condenser

Abstract:Since steam exhausting pressure of direct air cooling unit substantially deviated from designed value,which is of disadvantage to safe and economic operation of the unit. The actual data and designed data of steam exhausting pressure of a power plant in summer were analysed. Through installing aiguille cooling device on the present direct air cooling system,the problems of high steam exhausting pressure in summer and higher coal consumption can be resolved,which is useful for the similar power plants to learn lessons from.
