摘    要:LVC(Liner Variable Contour)工作辊辊型是一种新型辊型,这种辊型实现了辊缝凸度随板宽变化成线性变化,并可以通过窜辊来调节板形性能。登山搜索法是常用的寻优方法,可用登山搜索法得出LVC辊型的窜辊优化策略,并将其应用在板形自动控制模型中,这样可以提高辊型的板形控制精度。从现场轧制的带钢板形工艺数据可以发现LVC辊型具有良好的实用性,能较好地提高板形质量。

Abstract:LVC(Liner Variable Contour) is a new type of work roll contour.Gap crown can linearly vary with strip width by use of the contour and strip shape performance can be adjusted through shifting.Hill-climbing searching arithmetic is a common method to find optimum solution,shifting optimum strategy of LVC work roll can be obtained using hill-climbing searching method.Control accuracy of strip shape can be improved when the strategy is used in automatic strip shape control model.According to process data of rolled strip shape,it is shown that LVC work roll contour has good availability and guality of strip shape is improved.
