溶胶法涂覆碳化硅晶须的工艺研究

摘    要:以Al(NO3)3为原料用溶胶法成功地在SiC晶须表面涂覆了一层厚2-10nm的Al2O3。结果表明,溶胶浓度,PH值,涂覆方式以及有机分散剂对涂覆效果有显著影响。涂覆使SiC晶须的抗氧化能力明显增强,涂层与晶须结合较为牢固。

Abstract:Alumina coatings with the thickness of 2-10nm were made on the surface of SiC whiskers by using al(OH)3 sol greenbody made from al(NO3)3.Experiment results showed that the concentration of sol,the value of PH and the kinds of organic dispersing agents have a significant effect on the coating process.After coating the oxidation resistance of SiC whiskers is greatly improved,besides,the coatings and the whiskers have a firm bonding.
