摘    要:介绍大通量新型高效塔板—立体传质塔板CTST。该塔板与浮阀塔板相比:处理能力提高80%~100%,分离效率高10%~40%,操作弹性高1倍,压降低20%~30%。该塔板在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连分公司的Ⅱ套常压蒸馏装置扩产改造中已经成功应用,在原塔外壳不变的条件下,仅用CTST塔板替换原有塔板,改造后加工能力由2.8Mt/a提高到5.1Mt/a。改造后装置各项指标均达到设计要求。

Abstract:The structure and operational performances of the combined trapezoid spray tray(CTST) is instruduced.The CTST has many advantages compared with the float tray,for example,the flux was increased by 80%~100%,the separating efficiency was increased by 10%~40%,the range of operation was 2 times and the column pressure drop was decreased by 20%~30%,etc.In the capacity expansion revamping of the second atmospheric distillation units in PetroChina Company Limits Dalian Company,CTST trays in the case of its shell fixedness replaced old trays.As a result,capacity expansion revamping was increased from 2.8Mt/a to 5.1Mt/a.After revamping,various targets of the unit have reached the requirement of design.
