摘    要:控压钻井技术是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,主要应用于窄安全密度窗口、不确定性压力系统地层的安全钻进。在国内外控压钻井技术发展基础上,基于智能化、信息化、集成化的钻井技术发展方向,采用分散集中控制思路,研发出一套自主知识产权的精细控压钻井系统,实现井筒压力闭环精细控制。该系统通过随钻实时监测井底及地面工程及设备参数,并进行分析及决策,实现井底压力的自动精确控制。该系统在南堡油田进行工业应用,开创了国内控压钻井技术工业应用的先河,解决了该区块奥陶潜山窄安全密度窗口地层恶性漏失、漏喷共存、难以钻达设计地质目标的难题,取得了显著效果。

Abstract:Managed pressure drilling(MPD) technology is used mainly in the safe drilling of narrow density window and uncertainty pressure system formation. Based on the existing managed pressure drilling technology at home and abroad and development direction of drilling technology, the fine managed pressure drilling system with independent intellectual property was developed by CCDC Drilling & Production Engineering Technology Research Institute. The system could monitor the downhole and surface operation and parameter of apparatus in time with drilling, and analyze the parameters in time to realize the accuracy control of well bore pressure. The application results in Nanpu Oilfield showed that the system could resolve the drilling difficult problems, such as serious formation leakage of narrow density window, coexistent leakage and spouting formation drilling, etc., the effect was very remarkable.
